This chapter has gotten fat. One important concept of Aristotle that Schelling uses is that of "matter" and now I have realized I have to explain it here, write now. As long as I'm already in this part of the dissertation.
It really belongs here because of the context. But it's very complicated, I need to look at bibliography to do it, and I don't know if I should just leave it for later. Pro: I don't get stuck in this one chapter. Con: if I leave it for later I will have forgotten a lot of what I have in mind at the moment, plus I don't know if I will have time later at all.
My cold is not magically going away...

I think you should write now. A friend of mine told me about this website for support of grad students which maybe you already know. She said she would give me the link, but she hasn't yet. Anyway they propose a cycle routine where you write 40 minutes and then rest for 20 and then 40 and then 20 and basically during the day you establish how many cycles you will do. This is to help get over the writer's block, of course if you are doing well you just keep writing. Maybe it would help? Just write write now!

Maybe you did already stop writing about Hyle, but if not, me too, I think you schould keep writing. I undestand it: matter is probably one of the most complicated philosophy problems. Better than read a lot of bibliography would be, as far as I see, to have a good philosophical dialog with someone there so you can, trough live conversation, get to express and really realize wich are the main thesis of Schelling about matter: I'm sure you already know those thesis, you just need to make them visible for you.
